Dartwood Global was established in 2001, primarily to source business opportunities in various parts of Africa, with particular emphasis on sustainable development.
Following our extensive travel in Africa, it became clear that there was great need for building project development with an emphasis on affordable housing and commercial / industrial projects that support economic growth. Today, we have developed expertise in total project and construction management of building provision.
We have brought together people with a wealth of experience in delivering projects through all procurement routes - from traditional contracting, design & build, to management contracting on a competitive or negotiated basis. These are individuals with proven track records in our market sector, with successfully completed commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects - both for private individuals and corporate clients.
