Adeola Kusimo 

Profile

 

Ade is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years’ experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, procurement and cost control across consultancy firms, construction and engineering organisations and academic institutions. 

He has worked on a variety of prestigious projects including the £110m Centre for Performing Arts Theatre in Tottenham, London and a number of large housing projects both in Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom. 

 

With MSc degree in Quantity surveying, Project / Construction management, Ade has acquired expertise in cost planning and various forms of contracts – the JCT forms, NEC forms, IChem forms with vast experience in large and complex M&E installations including ground /underground railway stations. 

 

Ade brings to Dartwood, his vast knowledge on Feasibility studies, Procurement and supply chain management, Evaluation and payment of contractors applications, Preparation of sub-contract documentation, Post-tender analysis, Interim valuations, Performance evaluation / variance reports, Reconciliation of period forecasts with actuals, Cost value reconciliation (CVR), Final account agreements and the like. 

 

Ade has worked for some of the largest QS practices in the UK including Gleeds and Hammond James, and as a consultant to Turner and Townsend in London. 

He brings the ability to advice on appropriate project management route which is a major element of all Dartwood work.
