A combination of steel and reinforced concrete structure complete with steel roof trusses and aluminium sheet roofing and cladding. The project started in November 2009 and was handed over in May 2010. One of the major challenging issues is the process for setting out the series of reinforced concrete plinths, apertures and trenches. The plinths provide support for machinery held down by steel bolts. This means that holding down bolts had to be cast into exact positions within the concrete plinths.

In completing this project, Total station was employed in the setting out process.
