Prosper is a Food Technologist, Machine engineer, Foods process engineer with a Masters degree in Bank Finance & Supply Chain Management. He has more than 22 years working experience in over 19 countries including Ghana, Togo, Benin, South Africa, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Burkina, Mali, Congo, RDC, Philippines, Niger, Nigeria, France, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Luxemburg, Saudi Arabia and Djibouti.

 

Prosper’s extensive work experience spans from the Food industry to the Oil producing sector, Machine automation, Industrial engineering as well as the Power industry. Some of the processes successfully implemented include bottled water, carbonated soft drinks, beverages, fruit juice, soya milk extraction, cocoa beverages, processed meat, dairy, canned evaporated milk, powdered foods & blends, liquid malt extraction, etc.

 

Prosper has worked at various managerial levels for major companies like Lyon Farms France, SIEMENS Brussels, CEB Pratt & Whitney Europe, Pepsi France, Tampico Arcadia engineers, Danone Foods Spain, Water Masai Ltd Tanzania, Baraji Water Burkina Faso, SNE Water plant Guinea, The Relish Soya Milk RDC, Kasapreko Ghana, Ice Drop Ghana, Sparkle Mineral Water Ghana, Valley Fresh Ghana, Special Ice Ghana, Yayra Glover Ghana and many more.
